All payments are expressed in U.S. Dollars and BHD and all fees expressed herein are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). The Invoicing Company/MAH shall be responsible for the payment of any withholding taxes, similar taxes, duties levies and such payments relating to the fees payable under this Agreement.
Payment is due based on the invoicing agreement and the date of the invoice.
In addition to any other rights and remedies available to MVC, if the Invoicing Company/MAH fails to pay an invoice within ten (10) days of the invoice due date, MVC reserves the right to:
(i) notify the NHRA of the non-fulfilment of the Invoicing Company/MAH’s obligation under this Agreement;
(ii) suspend access to the NHRA-MVC Traceability Hub with respect to the products related to the Invoicing Company/MAH Data until all overdue invoices are settled.
If the fees are paid by a third party on behalf of the Invoicing Company/MAH, the Invoicing Company/MAH shall in any case, remain solely responsible and liable for the compliance with this Agreement.
